We specialise in retail construction and project management. We work with brands that open stores on an ongoing basis and need a partner capable of keeping up with that pace: back-to-back schedules, consistent brand standards and deadlines that are met.
We manage stores and offices in all types of locations: shopping centres, high streets, airports and train stations, each with its own constraints, working hours and stakeholders.
Our role does not end on opening day. We maintain the networks we build and continue supporting brands from one opening to the next.

Measurements, base layout and a realistic estimate of costs and timelines before you sign anything.
02 — PERMITS
Design and permits
Architectural and technical design, operating licences, and liaison with ECOP and relevant authorities.
03 — CONSTRUCTION
Construction and activation
Approved teams in each region, overlapping phases and coordination with Operations through to opening day.
04 — OPENING
Handover and post-opening support
Certificates, maintenance contracts, store team training and post-opening support.
